Refund policy

At Forgiven Supply Co., every piece we create carries meaning. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll gladly replace or refund your item.

Because our products are made on-demand, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as sizing or change of mind. To help avoid sizing issues, please refer to our size charts before placing an order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Final Sale items (as marked) cannot be returned.
